The Main Street Mile will be offering FREE prostate exams to men 40 and older at the following locations:

		Screening Includes: Prostate exam = PSA & DRE Cardiac Risk Profile* Health Risk Assesment^

Cardiac Risk Profile gives a very good indication of heart health. Test includes: Cholesterol - Triglyceride - HDL - LDL - VLDL - Cholesterol/HDL Ratio - Glucose - Urea Nitrogen - Creatinine - Sodium - Potassium - Chloride - CO2 - Calcium - Total Protien - Albumin - Globulin - Bilirubin - Alkaline - Phosphates - AST(SGOT) - ALT(SGPT)

Health Risk Assesment: Each participant will complete a brief personal questionnaire (takes about 4 min). It will ask basic helth and lifestyle questions such as 'Do you smoke or use smokeless tobacco'. The HRA's are collected by Saint Alphonsus and are treated as Protected Health Information. Saint Alphonsus and Main Street Mile will utilize this information to align resources for futur events.
